    The worst customer services workers of any company . They are rude , unprofessional, poorly trained and are useless . There is obviously no accountability for their shitty attitudes and laziness since there are countless poor reviews everywhere that H&M head office ignores. They only fare about getting sales and have no support whatsoever for their customers . This isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with these useless unqualified agents. As I’m requesting help regarding an refund I haven’t received for items Inpaid for and went out of stock before delivery , this rude savage just ignores my polite questions and does not respond until I ended the chat . This is common practice for these call centre workers because if you call their customer service live they themselves tell you that lodging complaints is a waste of time because nothing is done to address the issues. I’m really agitated by the disrespect or these agents. When you request the script for the interaction , they agent’s name is conveniently omitted.

    al meerdere keren contact op genomen telefonisch en geen succes !! Heb 30 euro betaald voor bestelling die ik nooit gekregen heb. Al 3 mails gestuurd naar klantenservice en geen reactie . Zie mij genoodzaakt om aangifte te doen bij Politie
